Getting gas to plugs no spark to distributor

That far back GM ignitions made use of HEI, there will be no spark *to* the distributor, the distributor IS the source of ignition. Outside of a wiring issue the most likely cause is a failure of the ICM module. If the module is still functioning then suspect the main coil or the pickup coil.
