all lights on dash on!

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

so the other day I was putting fluid in  2011 Mazda hatchback radiator put to
much in so I unplugged the 2tubes to drain it some. when I go to start up car
all dash lights come on, no power steering shifts hard into  reverse does not
shut down unless you hold button. didi short some thing out. seems like there
is a reset code car was fine till I did that
