Why won't my passenger lock and unlock

I've been working on my passenger
door so I had to take the panel off
and on and now my passenger door
lock won't lock or unlock I have to
manually lock and unlock it what's
wrong with it

When I push the unlock button it try's to come up but won't

Ok now if it's ok could it be bad or is it just stuck

How do you fix that and if the actuator is bad how do you test it
