So in the picture below you can see that silver line on the car's side and i
would like to ask that what is that called and where can i buy one because
mine got damaged. thanks in advance.

That's a Outer door trim and you could most likely find one on ebay for a good price or maybe even at your local auto zone or advance auto parts
