Is dual exaust standard on a 3.8 mustang

I have a 2000 mustang with 3.8 engine I've had it 12 yrs it has dual tail pipes is this standard equipped for my car

I like the dual exaust and the chrome tips look nice also the car sounds great I just want to know is this a standard option on my car or after market
