My car runs very low mileage per litre.change air flow,plugs wires and clean ECU ,but no solution.

Have you tried some fuel injector cleaner. I personally use sea foam or CTC. Add fuel bottle of either to a tank of fuel. This will clean your injectors and valves.

are your tires properly inflated? how do you drive? fuel economy is very dependent on how you drive.
