Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car
I have a 04 navigator. Out of the shop drove 90mi
home drove great mpg great. Smoged test
nextday.gteat sat 2wks no tags no drive 48v
solar charger. Drove 30min to & from. Great.
Next day 15mi from home on freeway 65mpg.
Lost power as if engine shut down.  Screen read
"pedal error no parking asst" as I was pulling
over. Everything went normal. I drove another
5mi got off & 5mi 45mpg same thing.sreen read
"ignition system error" for a briefer duration and
surgereged as if on Cruise Ctrl.
Lost power again even more briefer. Not long
enough for screen to display anything. Came to a
stop light and it died. Screen "low oil" started
again and died as soon as I put it into gear.
Waited 2 cycles, started again pulled up on the
curb. Died again. Towed home and it seems fine.
Only drove around the block.

What did it go to the shop for ? It said " low oil " and you didn't check the oil level before starting it ?

Oil was fine. (it says that anytime it stalls. I stalls some time if you slam on the breaks in an emergency, or backing up slowly) It was in the shop, because of a Check Engine Light was on due to a vacuum leak in the head.
