Spark knock and low power

Asked by GuruP637S Jan 27, 2020 at 02:32 PM about the 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser Classic Wagon FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Replaced the head on this car due to it burning the
number three exhaust valve.  Checked all
chambers and cans and all of valve train.  After the
car just seems not to have as much power, and it
seems to have spark knock under heavy throttle.  
Compression is good and new plugs wires and
coil.  I'm unable to pin point

Not that I am aware of. Also due to the amount of teeth on the gears is it was off a tooth it would have given and error and ran really bad.
