My cars wheels get super hot and the calipers pistons wont go back

I just bought new calipers for my 1998
sonata GL but its like the wheels get
locked by the brakes and wont accelerate
because of the friction

If calipers are not retracting, try bleeding brake lines if not, replace master cylinder
