my transmission is slipping and i changed the fluid, there was no metalic substance in the fluid. why is it still slipping

There was a hydraulic problem in the transmissions and of course this is two years too late there’s a hydraulic design problem they fix that and then it broke again the service bulletins cover those cars up to 110,000 miles in the 2002 Acura 3.2 TL the dealer for free replace the whole transmission twice now it’s perfect but it was a design defect that I curate acknowledged changing the transmission fluid don’t help I did the same thing
