misfireing

i OWN A 1999 ACCENT, I DID A BASIC TUNE UP PLUGS,WIRES,OIL AND FILTER AND NOW IT SAY MY NUMBER THREE CYLINDER IS MISFIREING.IT IS SLUGGISH ON TAKE OFF AND AROUND 65 TO75 MILES AN HOUR WHAT WOULD CAUSE  THIS ISSUE

I'm guessing that the engine ran fine before the tune-up? If so go back and check your plug wires for proper placement. Check plugs proper gag and condition. Check plug wire ends for being intact. While you have plugs out you could do a compression check to rule out mechanical issues with cylinders.
