I just replaced my fuel filter on my 2000 hynudai accent and my check engine light is still on does it need to be reset?

Much cheaper to buy the diagnostic computer from amazon. Like 20 bux for something the stealership will charge you 70+ for. So simple too. You'll want to dropkick the next mechanic you see.

Oh. The diagnostic comp for amazon can reset the check engine light. Autotel or something like that makes it.

I don't know where you live Rachel, but large auto parts stores will read your codes for free and turn it off if u ask them. AutoZone does that in this area.
