Buying a used Jeep Grand Cherokee

What model year has the best reliability as far as the engine, transmission, and drivetrain?  I have looked at model years 2013-2016.  Any hard data would be appreciated.

Pick a newer and low mile one. Older Grand Cherokees seem to age badly.

That's not true just look around and you will see that there are very many zj and yj's on the road I bought a 96 for 1000$ and its in great shape amend very dependable as are a great deal of them by the way I bought it in November of 2016 with 97,000 miles on it and I now have 126,000 I work construction so I commute a lot and I have,not had as much as a hiccup
