i tuned up 2001 hyundai elatra and started to over heat checked spark plug & wires they where stuck can that cause heat up or exhaust out of radiator

No... If you are sure you have exhaust coming into radiator you have head related issue. Do you see bubbles coming into the radiator overflow?
