Key wont turn in the Ignition

My key wont turn in the ignition but sometimes it will also my wipers and heater wont come on

it could also be the ignition switch itself has locked up and gone bad either way gonna have to take apart the column and check them both out. You may want to change out the switch while you're in there just in case
