In June 2016, I purchased a brand new Jeep Cherokee north which, currently has just over 62,000 kms on it. Three times in the past month, when I start it, all the prnd and paddle shifter lites come on simultaneously and ‘service shifter’ shows up on my instrument panel. What does this mean and should I be concerned

Contact your Jeep dealer to see if there is a recall for your year Jeep. Earlier Jeeps did have a recall. This message probably means there is a problem with the shifter electronics.
