2003 Hyuandai tiburon light issues

I own a 2003 hyundai tib. Recently my FOBS stopped working so i took them into hyundai to get them re programed. they also cleaned off the wiring to my battery due to rust buildup. i got my car back and the fob works again but now when i unlock my vehical the headlights , tail lights and interior lights turn on and off constantly without even turning the vehical on. Sometimes all the lights wil just stay on even after the car is turned off.. resulting in a dead battery.. awesome! not! . Now as soon as the vehical had warmed up it seems to stop. its worse when its colder out? sometimes if i turn the vehical on and off it will stop but most of the time i leave to come home from work and all the lights are on by themselves blinking like crazy. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS VEHICAL!!! ??? please someone help me!! is it the fobs? the computer? the alarm system??

Take it back to the dealer. It was working before you had the fobs programmed.

It also sounds to me if your light sensor is on the blink. The one close to the windshield inside the cabin. I'd also take it back to be fixed properly.
