my 03 Hyundai Elantra cranks and cranks and cranks but wont kick over. why

I would guess it could be the fuel relay is bad ( check the owners manual for location), aclogged fuel filter, or a bad fuel pump. The relay is the easiest to check and easy to replace as is the fuel filter, the would be the most difficult is its usually mounted in the fuel tank.
