changed fuel filter and pump, still not working, 2003 hyundia accent..help

yes...well we have a bad ground....combined with a battery that is older than five (tin/antimony alloy) batteries do not last but five...Get a NEW battery....Black cable end that attaches to the chassis ground needs to be scrubbed with a wirebrush...corrosion is there, you just can't see it...the lug too,....put them back together with the NEW battery and you'll be fine then~
