2 transmission filters?

I have a 2004 hynduai xg350 I think
an L model I have no idea how to tell.
I keep getting mixed messages that
it has a spin on filter and an internal
transmission filter when pan is
dropped. Does it have both or one or
the other thanks

There was about two years of Hyundia transmissions that had a spin on transmission oil filter on the top of the transmission but that was discontinued in favor of an internal filter that is only replaced during transmission overhaul. There is a drain plug in the bottom of the transmission casing and fluid is refilled in through the dipstick tube at the radiator side/front side of the transmission. Hyundai call for.Diamond SP3 fluid

there is a casting where my 2004 XG350L would of taken an external filter, but it is not used, so makes my 04 internal..
