147,000 miles is not bad as long as you've been keeping up with scheduled maintenance. By now you should've had a few mejor services done such as timing belt, spark plugs, transmission service done on it. If all services are done on time, it'll go 200,000 miles easy or 320,000 km

Drive it till it blows, but keep up the maintenance.
