Probably the rotors are warped and need replaced along with a new set of brake pads. Inspect the condition of the caliper and brake lines too. Good Luck!
also when you replace the rotors and brake pads also get a good look at the brake fluid if its dark and thicker than new probably replace it. it should look light yellow and thin
Possibly pad imprinting which people mistake for warped rotors.
My brakes are very choppy and the car shakes when i press the brakes at higher speeds.
