I have a 2014 Toyota Prius and my horn
keeps going out it works when it wants too
then some days it doesn’t. How do I find out
what’s the problem

Could be the clock spring in the steering wheel is binding up Other idea is that the ground wire for the horn is corroded or loose. Good Luck!
