i need to pay tax for car in Armenia, they fix 213 HP, i need to pay 150$ more tax, my vin 1FMZU72X4YUB83076

Look under the hood. Determine what engine you have v8 or v6 and check the internet. If you have a v6 it's probably less than 213.

From the photo you supplied it appears your explorer is a 1996 or there abouts. The standard engine was a 4.0 v6. It has 160 hp.
