I got a new compressor for my truck but the ac still
doesn’t work it has Freon and everything I took it
to the shop to get it properly installed and the
clutch still not engaging

Remove the electrical connection from the compressor. Start the truck and turn on the AC. Using a multi-meter or 12V test light see if you have voltage going to the compressor.
