Misfire

I just bought a Pontiac Sunfire 2004
and cylinder 1 is showing misfire I don't
know much about cars but I am pretty
worried that something is wrong.  I just
want to know how to fix it .. Car has
very low mileage 81113km. Is it safe to
drive

Check your spark plugs and plug wires. Go ahead and get all of them because right now it's cylinder 1 but the rest are more likely to follow shortly.
