my rear drl arent working but brake lights and signals and flashers work fine?

i turn on my car and the lights.all come on except for the drl in the back.
changed fuses and bulbs, only thing i never tried is replacing relay for drl.

They are on a different circuit than the brake, directional signals and hazard flasher lamps. Sure you tried the correct fuse?
