1990 Honda Accord fuel pump

My sons 1990 Honda Accord will not
get power to the new fuel pump he
installed. He’s replaced the relay ,
fuses and various other parts already.
None of us can figure it out !! It’s been
sitting for too long in my garage and I
need it out ! Suggestions ?

It might be a bad ignition switch, or bad wiring harness or connector.
