I have a 91 civic dx , i put a new alternator and starter also switched the battery and the car still wont turn on , it doesnt even crank , what could it be ??

Need more info on car or problem. Was the car running before u changed these parts out, why did u replaced all of these parts?

The car was running before , i changed them because the ones I had before were rusty n burnt

Something caused the short in the electrical system.. Just putting more money with parts won't fix it. Get it to a certified shop and let them track down the short.
