I have a 91 civic si with a b20b, ls trany with stage 1 clutch n 8 pound flywheel warm air intake and I'm running the stock si ecu but it was tuned for the stock engine haven't tuned it myself with the b20b engine but runs very strong I wanna know if I were to tune it again should I use different ecu or tune it with the same ecu I already have in it

My advice is to stick with the ECU you have now. That having been said, it depends on how aggressive a tune you plan on doing.

Even if the ecu is from the single cam engine?how do I know what kind of tune can I do for the car ?
