My car dashboard and rear lights won't turn
on when i switch the engine on but
everything else (rear bulb lights, headlights)
works just fine. I'm certained it is not a chip
problem. I just need a confirmation from an
expert if it's really the wiring. Been to a local
car auto repair shop but they're all giving me
the same BS diagnosis. Where do I go?

if the guys down the shop says its electrical then chances are it is, I am an expert right here in Dayton Ohio, and I will say also that this is electrical, check for power to the switch and check for power at the terminals, the LSM you require will be available at any local salvage yard get it fitted for around $125 and it should sort out your problem.
