civic won't start after replacing starter motor, any ideas would be very helpful???!!

honda civic 1992 won't start after replacing starter motor, I can pop the clutch on it
and it will run fine, also when its running I took took the negative off and it was
fine so I am fairly certain its not a battery or alternator issue.

its prob. a fuse or the main relay
