Coolant full AND bled out of air? Thermostat been replaced and installed correctly with a Honda one? Pressure test and no leaks? Cap test also. Blend door actuators working? (Switches under dash or in engine bay by firewall) that lets coolant flow into heater core when you turn knob on dash to cold or hot. Some are manual some are electronic. Blower working?
