1992 honda accord lx wont run

was going down the road the engine mad a "pop" sound and died. tried to restart it and it turns over good but just pops. its a non v-tec engine replaced the timing belt almost 2 years ago. the cam seal is leaking can this have affected my timing.

Yes,it will affect it,think about all that oil landing on your timing belt making it extra slick,
