I just got an offer....buyer has not responded to any offers to test drive/view car. I have a Car Gurus prompt to finish the deal. Feels VERY unsafe. Is this normal? What are the seller protections?

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

My car has not even been listed for 24 hours.  A mysterious buyer without a
picture or last name made an offer and accepted a counter.  Buyer has not
responded to my request that we set an appointment for buyer to look at/test
drive.  I am unsure of if this is a legitimate offer.  Help, please!
