93 Accord help!

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My cars shifter keeps locking itself into park and i barely
got the car started when I put the car in neutral through
shift lock release. The car would crank but start. And when
I got it running the dash cluster wouldn't work speedometer
rpm and everything just wasn't working please help
