Removing steering wheel lock

My keys were stolen for my 2000 Ford expedition
explorer I think I may know how to hotwire my car
but I need to know how to unlock the steering
wheel lock can someone please help me I need to
move my car ASAP

Don't do that. Call a locksmith and tell him your keys were stolen. Have a new cylinder installed with new keys. He'll program them for you.
