Loud whirling or whinning noise repair man check idle pulley not that

what does it sound like where is it coming from does it do it at idle or when you are movin with the a/c on or off

check power steering fluid/ pump. turn steering wheel see if noise changes.. Or could be wheel bearing..does noise change when turning left/ right..

it changes when you steer either way but it is grawling like it were low on fluid. Replaced power steering pump but not the problem
