I have replaced my fuel pump relay and my
fuel filter my fuel pump my car is getting fire
but won't start

and you've ensured that your fuses are working and that the wiring for the fuel pump hasn't been ruined during the fuel pump change(Given that the car is a 1994, it probably has north of 200Kmi, am I right- the fuel pump wires get brittle after a while and are prone to cracking)
