You are asking if THIS car is reliable. I can only tell you that I have a 2004 with the same milage on it and I just got back from a 4 week, 6000 mile trip that was flawless. Expect about 16-17 on the road and 12-13 in town. They are known for good milage. The car you are talking about has only averaged 10,000 miles per year which is good. If you get it, have the oil and filter changed to give you a starting point and use the high milage reccommendation.
