I have a accord f22a6 engine and i was wondering, is possible to put a dual overhead cam head on the block. Do u think it would run and if so what power gain could i get from it?

I would think an easier route would be to replace the entire engine with a DOHC set-up, since you'd spend a lot of time trying to convert things just to handle the DOHC heads on SOHC block, if that's even possible. Research some of the Honda owner's groups and see if anyone there can give you any suggestions on this.
