Cold AC no heat

My 2000 Expedition 4.6 XLT has very cold AC but
blows only cold air out of all vents (front and back).  
I can hear the blend door open and close but still
no heat. I have had the heater core flushed (front
only). Any ideas. I've troubleshot as far as I can
think.

I've already replaced the thermostat. I'm going to try replacing the heater control valve next.
