Stuck in first gear!

i have a 95 honda prelude 3rd gen, last 2 years everything
has been replaced except the motor no issue. I just had the
timing belt and water pump replaced, on the way home
something happened cant figure it out, i cant get past 1st
gear highest mph i can go is 20 if you press pedal down
just revs really high and does nothing, iv taken back and
had them look at timing belt it was done correctly nothing
wrong there. Cant figure it out, motor is a 2.2liter sohc non
vtec automatic transmission.
