95 civic no crank no start but push starts

Could you suggest what I should check first.
I can push start and car runs fine. But won't
turn over.

My problem sounds similar and I found today, after testing everything, that I have no continuity between the key switch start wire (black with white stripe) and the connector under the dash. Also I have no voltage at the 7.5A start fuse in the fuse block under the dash.
