Knocking sound

When the car starts up it has a knocking sound , i
here it idled and reversing. What could be wrong

Could be it's running rough due to a bad coil (s) or perhaps bad motor/transmission mounts. Would check the oil level. With the hood open have an assistant look at engine for excessive movement when going from forward to reverse. Good Luck!
