Truck has problem keeping prime

A few months back my 2000
expedition wouldn't start so I used
the old hose and a 2 liter and ran
it to throttle body it ran then I hit a
large hole in road after hitting
bump in road I turned truck over
she started right up without the
hose with gas going to throttle
body well now I'm having the
same issue what could it be
computer says both sides running
lean I checked for vac leaks
changed coil packs boots and
plugs used sea foam truck runns
a little better but still stalls
