it is below zero and my car won't start the battery is not dead but the car won't start

I can't get the car to start I tried a couple times but nothing all the lights work radio dash
board is on

Then it is the battery or connection at the battery. With temperatures at 0 or below if it is not new with good cold cranking amps the cold will suck the life out of them. Have someone give you a jump start.
