Car won't start will crank but no start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

We have replaced the relay and the fuel pump and
strainer and the ecu unit and the ignition the car
will crank over but won't start we have replaced
alot of stuff nothing is working we have spark and
fuel just won't Start any ideas can't just keep
buying parts for it without knowing for sure

We have went by what different ppl are telling us and what we have reserched on YouTube and the internet I know we have spent alot of money on this car but it is all I have I can't afford anything else either I live off of disability so I ain't made of money and this thing has cost me alot.. I can't take it anywhere cause it won't start we have checked the spark its good fuel is coming on someone said could be a cam sensor or the chankshaft sensor but I have no idea where these even are and I don't want to replace them if we don't have to anymore ideas... I
