What do you mean the distributor moves a little? You mean the rotor turns just a little bit? If that is the case and this is a 1.6L engine, then the timing belt is bad. If so, all Honda engines are interference except 3.0L & 3.2 which are Non-interference engines, so there is a chance of the valves being bent.

Like when i try to turn it on tje dizzy moves all wierd has all 3 bolts on it.. the strap broke nd motor fell when i was placing it on my car you think it may hve jumped a tooth
You need a new distributor. Everything is out of wack.
Ok thanks im going to switch it ill let you khow what happens next
You need to get the timing to TDC before you just "switch" out a distributor.
