I gave a 96 Honda accord normal 4 cyl 2.2 automatic and when I'm on the freeway and go over 3000 revs it won't go to the next gear it just start shaking and won't go no faster what can my problem be?

The transmission fluid is right at the level its supposed to be that's the first thing I checked
